Satisfaction Policy.  It is my sincere intention to give you the best massage therapy treatment I can every time and to treat you with kindness, dignity and respect.  If you are ever not satisfied with your treatment, then please let me know and I will not charge you for services rendered.  

 

Privacy and Records Policy.  I respect client confidentiality and all of your information is kept confidential.  It is my intention to maintain clear and accurate records that are kept locked safe.  I do not discuss client matters with other individuals except where deemed appropriate for health reasons and a release form has been signed.

 

Practice Policy.  It is my intention to always be honest with you regarding what I know and do not know.  If ever a treatment is beyond my scope of practice or ability, then I will let you know and refer you to a doctor, chiropractor or another massage therapist.  My intention is to always practice within the guidelines set by the Texas Department of State Health Services.  

 

Equality Policy.  I respect all walks of life and welcome diversity. 

 

Self-Disclosure Policy.  Though I consider my practice a professional health service, I do recognize that the healing touch is of a sensual and intimate nature.  I believe that all clients should be comfortable with their therapist and as such I welcome introductory consultations at no charge.  

 

Environment Policy.  It is my intention to provide a safe and nurturing practice environment.  I always supply adequate draping so you are always covered to protect your modesty at all times.  I follow hygienic practices and maintain universal precautions. 

 

Self-Developmental Policy.  I love to learn and it is my intention to continually update my skill set and learn new techniques to help others in their quest for well-being.  It is my policy to always disclose my educational and employment background upon request.

 

Session Termination Policy.  I reserve the right to terminate service or refuse service to any client who is under the influence of drugs and alcohol, is abusive in any way, or is sexually inappropriate.

 

Payment  Policy.  I strive to charge fair and market value for my services.  For those that cannot afford to pay my standard rates, I am happy to negotiate lower rates.  I do expect payment at the time services are provided.

 

No-Show Policy.  For those clients that do not appear for their appointments, I reserve the right to charge the full rate for the appointment.  

 

Cancellation Policy.  Please give 24 hours notice for cancellations.  Appointments cancelled within 24 hours are subject to being charged full rate for the appointment.

 

Late Policy.  Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time.  For those clients that arrive late, I reserve the right to cancel the remainder of the appointment or charge for the missed time.
