Marathon Runner I have run about thirteen marathons now, all 26.2 miles long. The longest run I made though was 33 miles long. I just jog shorter distances now, but I do love to run. |

Wave Mobilization |
Wave mobilization is an area I have been adding to my toolkit. I am studying the orthopedic techniques of Thomas Hendrickson. His techniques include what is known as the muscle energy technique. |

E-cize Positioning Muscle Release |
I am a fan of Pete Egoscue and his muscle release techniques. When anyone is having joint issues, I encourage using his medical gymnastics methods. |

I received my Ph.D. from the University of Texas at Dallas in 1998. I had a 4.0 GPA. I received a full-ride scholarship. I am a published author, given numerous talks and hold a patent for an integrated circuit. |

I picked and sold blueberries, delivered newspapers, washed dishes, cooked broasted chicken, sold and installed stereo systems, was a part-time photographer and had my own darkroom, I worked on farms, tended garden and worked in a power lab and nurtured one of the first electric vehicles, made by GE. |
